I'm 37 years old, live in central Illinois, and started running for the first time in my life on June 20, 2011. My weight at the time was 224 lbs. I'm currently at 207 (goal weight is 190) (CW 10/3/2011 - 204 lbs). I love running and am planning to start running some local 5k's. The most difficult part for me is eating healthy, but I'm learning how to eat better everyday. These blogs I've been following have been a huge motivation! Thanks!!

This automatically reminded me of one of my favorite poems, Robert Frost’s The Road Not Taken. I’m such a dork.
Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,And sorry I could not travel bothAnd be one traveler, long I stoodAnd looked down one as far as I couldTo where it bent in the undergrowth;
Then took the other, as just as fair,And having perhaps the better claimBecause it was grassy and wanted wear,Though as for that the passing thereHad worn them really about the same,
And both that morning equally layIn leaves no step had trodden black.Oh, I marked the first for another day!Yet knowing how way leads on to wayI doubted if I should ever come back.
I shall be telling this with a sighSomewhere ages and ages hence:Two roads diverged in a wood, and I,I took the one less traveled by,And that has made all the difference.
